I chose photography as a profession because it is what I love to do.  My background in Anthropology has cultivated a strong interest in capturing the spirit of people, their culture and their environment on film.  While some may take pictures of the outer image I look to take pictures of the inner soul.  I got my Bachelor of Arts degree in photocommunications, with a minor in anthropology at Texas Tech University.  I have worked as a photojournalist, in a portrait studio and as a wedding photographer.  Check out my portfolio to see some of my work from these times.
